As the fifth child of seven, Sterling Hirsch’s life has been centered on relationships. As a child, he looked out for his siblings’ well-being, and as an adult is passionate about looking after his clients and ensuring their needs are met. The values he learned at home of prioritizing relationships, hard work, and achievement have guided his professional life.
After spending 18 successful years in senior-level business management and guiding startup companies to profitability, Sterling realized his true passion lay in using his planning experience to assist business owners, individuals, and families find the same level of success. He founded Sterling First Financial in 2008.
As a team-based model consultant, Sterling strives to create teams to meet his clients’ unique needs so he can offer comprehensive and proactive solutions. He draws on a team that includes tax and legal strategists, financial specialists, and business consultants in order to streamline your opportunities and priorities.
Sterling and his wife, Julie, have been married since 2000 and have 6 children. They enjoy trips to the beach, snowboarding in Big Bear, hiking, fishing, and biking. He also enjoys being involved with his children through coaching and youth leadership programs. He is active in the community, serving as Scoutmaster for a local boy scout troop and leading his church’s youth group.
